*Conversion of existing, unfinished basement to living space, including three bedrooms, a staff office, living room and bathroom. Renovation of the existing First Floor kitchen. Exterior work includes expansion of the existing septic system and installation of a back-up generator. *Basement only: remove existing sprinkler heads and piping back to the main. Reinstall and relocate piping and heads to coordinate around new ductworks. *Furnish & Install commercial Fire & Carbon Monoxide Detection System.
