ROOFING

Remove existing shingles. Replace any damaged sheathing if needed. Install new drip edge, ice and water shield on the lower 6' of all eaves, synthetic underlayment on the remainder of the roof, plumbing vent flashings, ridge cap venting, starter/cap shingles and O C Duration shingles (COLOR TBD).
