ROOFING

Remove existing shingles. Replace any damaged sheathing if needed. Install new drip edge, ice and water shield on the lower 6' of all eaves/valleys/critical areas, synthetic underlayment on the remainder of the roof, step flashing, plumbing vent flashings, ridge vent, starter/ridge cap shingles and G A F Timberline H D Z shingles (COLOR PEWTER GRAY). Replace existing skylights with (2) new Velux fixed skylights.
