Building Permit — An Addition

To construct a 28' x 56' 2-story addition to the east side of the University of Rochester Central Utilities Plant, phase 2 of Chiller upgrades (Phase 1 completed as part of ED Expansion). The first floor will contain two transformer rooms and the second floor will contain the associated switchgear.
