Re-Roof Permit

Several roof sections on the front portion of 1328 University Ave. (Section 1) an existing fully adhered (FA) epdm, with 2" insulation board over wood deck, this will be completely removed, and replaced with R30 2 layers of 2.6" , mechanically fastened PVC to follow, after replacing a few decayed deck spots.(Section 2) includes 5 "saw tooth" sloped roofs with approx 6/12 pitch, they each currently have wood deck, 1 layer of asphalt bur, 1/2" wood fiberboard, and fully adhered epdm, we are removing the epdm, removing the wood fiberboard,mechanically fastening 1/2" medium density insulation board, and mechanically fastening .060 pvc. (these saw tooth type roofs are insulated from the underside.)(Section 3&4) Two small flat roofs with tall parapet walls, currently adhered epdm, 2" insulation board over steel type B deck. Were adding a layer of 2.6 inch insulation board, and re roofing over the existing epdm & insualtion.
