Building Permit

Interior Renovations: Renovations to ground floor (2,972 SF), 4th floor (8,871 SF), 6th floor (5,049 SF), 7th floor (9,551 SF), and 8th floor (9,212 SF) of existing 8-story masonry office building for new office tenant fit-out. Work includes removal of existing partition walls on ground floor, finish updates and replacements, new partition walls on all floors within scope of work except 7th floor, wall infill as required, updated mechanical & electrical as required.
