Construction Permit Application - Roof

1. Set up roof hoist for loading and unloading materials for roof. 2. Remove existing layers of roofing down to wood deck. 3. Remove existing skylight and vents. 4. Install 1/2 inch high density fibered insulation to deck. 5. Install fiberglass base sheet and fasten to deck. 6. Apply modified granulated rubber roofing to deck. 7. Build new curb and roof hatch with wood material. 8. Install 2 new 6 inch galvanized roof vents. 9. Install new aluminum drip edge to perimeter where needed. 10. Seal aluminum drip edge with 6 inch modified cover strip. 11. Apply silicone exterior mastic to flash all pipe penetrations. 12. Install 3x3 new Velux curb mounted domed skylight. 13. Flash all curbs with modified rubber roofing. 14. Clean up upon completion.
