Construction Permit Application - Air Condition Condenser

Installation of a building-mounted ductless mini-split HVAC system serving an existing residential unit. Installing one exterior condenser unit mounted on wall brackets and two interior wall-mounted air handlers. A 2-ton suitcase style condenser unit (24,000 BTU) will be installed on the building’s exterior and mounted on the supplied mounting brackets. The new unit weighs approximately 101lbs. The overall distribution of weight is approximately 37.96lbs/sf and will be tied down with hurricane straps. The exterior unit will be installed per a licensed engineer’s structural review, including proper mounting and securement. No historic architectural features will be altered or removed.
