Building Permit - R

*Finishing an existing room above the garage to be used as a study/library. Room exists with sheet rock, subfloor and insulation. We will be installing a small mini split system to condition the space. A non load bearing wall separating the room from the adjoining living room will be removed to open the space. We have spoke with Zoning and we are not required to have any zoning permits for the work to be completed.
