*install direct burial plastic cold water supply from house to greenhouse. Water pipe will go through a pvc sleeve through concrete block foundation wall, along trench and up into greenhouse. 48 inch trench will have plastic water line to one side, bedded in non-rocky material. Trench will be backfilled to 24 inches, followed by install of 230v and 115v electric feeder lines in conduits 12 inches away horizontally at other side of trench, then with warning tape at 12 inch depth.
