Tear off shingles down to the decking, inspect decking and replace any decking that needs to be replaced, add 6 feet ice and water barrier from the eaves up including valleys and chimneys, add drip edge and rake edge all around, add starter course shingles, add, 4 inch seam tape for all seams of decking, add synthetic felt for the remaining decking visible, add OC shingles, and ridge caps and ridgevent - 26 squares
