The proposal is for a single family residence on an existing lot with an area = 4.47 +/- acres. The wetland area on site is 26,674 sf none will be disturbed. The wetland regulated area= 113,733 sf 30,116sf is proposed to be disturbed for the construction of the house, driveway and septic system. The closest disturbance from the regulated area to the wetland edge is 101ft+/- , 56.6ft +/- to deck. They will be cut and fill of clean accepted material in the amount of 385+/- cy (including the basement excavation.)
