Addition-Alteration-Conversion

Remove and replace approximately 30 square feet of roofing, including the shed. Work includes inspecting and repairing the roof deck as needed, installing seam tape, drip edge, ice-and-water shield, synthetic underlayment, starter strip, new lifetime vent boots, GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in Charcoal, ridge ventilation, ridge cap shingles, and kickout flashing. Any required plywood replacement will be completed using matching-thickness CDX plywood. - 30 squares
