Remove and replace approximately 30 square feet of roofing, including the shed. Work includes inspecting and repairing the roof deck as needed, installing seam tape, drip edge, ice-and-water shield, synthetic underlayment, starter strip, new lifetime vent boots, GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in Charcoal, ridge ventilation, ridge cap shingles, and kickout flashing.
