****DAVE IS ASSIGNED TO THIS**** C/A Fee Installation of 2 40,000 BTU 97% efficient natural gas warm air furnaces and 2 - 2 ton central AC systems for the 2 first floor units, we are reworking the heating systems for the first floor of the home and installing new ducting to serve the 2 units on the first floor. New gas piping for each of the 2 gas furnaces from the new Eversource meter location (to be determined) , Electrical work to be done by a separate electrical contractor, not part of our scope or proposal,
