PZ - Zoning Permit

Rebuild the 50' x 50' section of the metal building that had the fire and was removed under a separate demolition permit with the Building Dept.. The existing foundation and concrete slab are to be reused. There is no change of use of the building. The original foot print of the building will remain as is. The new 50'x50' section of the building will have a higher eave height of approx. 7.5' (existing building eave height is 16' and the new metal building eave height is 23.5') to accommodate rebuilding the second floor to meet current building code. The existing utility services to the building will remain and be reused. There is no sitework associated with this project.
