Residential - Alteration/Renovation - Exterior

****JIM IS ASSIGNED TO THIS**** Repair of roof from tree damage. Replace Asphalt shingle roof with asphalt architectural shingles, ice and water shield as required and seam tape (44 square total roof area), repair to five roof trusses and 64 square feet of plywood roof sheathing. replace Sheetrock ceiling in garage (750 Square feet). Will upload photos of ice and water shield and plywood seam tape on roof prior to shingle install. C/A Fee
