***DAVE IS ASSIGNED TO THIS**** Build upper deck, 12x12 and lower deck 12x16 using pressure treated wood. Footings 42in deep, 4-10inch. Sono tubes for 12x12 deck with two beams 3-2x8. 3-2x10 beam on 12x16 deck with two 12inch outside Sono tube and a 14inch middle Sono tube on 6x6 posts to ground. Extra Beam will be constructed on 12x12 deck to allow for cantilever CA fee included
