********JIM IS WORKING ON THIS********** LARGE BUILDING BEHIND COMMERCIAL BUILDING - RESIDENTIAL #1 Remove old roof and frame new roof with a 6 pitch. Existing ceiling joists are to remain and used for the rafter ties. New collar ties will be installed in the upper 1/3 of the new rafter height. The two existing chimneys are to be increased in height by 4 feet.
