Boiler/Furnace

WE PROPOSE TO REMOVE THE EXISITNG OIL BOILER AND REPLACE IT WITH A NEW LOCHINVAR HIGH EFFICIENCY BOILER AND INDIRECT WATER HEATER. THE EXISTING OIL TANK WILL BE REMOVED AND PROPANE TANKS WITH GAS LINE WILL BE PROVIDED. A PERMIT WILL BE PULLED FOR THAT SEPERATE IF NOT DONE ALREADY. Your application for a Building Permit has been reviewed for compliance with the 2022 State of Connecticut Building Code. The permit for the proposed work is approved. All work is subjected to field inspections. Comments below are to be reviewed and followed. 1. C/O detection per IRC 315.2.2 2..
