WE PROPOSE TO REMOVE THE EXISITNG OIL BOILER AND REPLACE IT WITH A NEW LOCHINVAR HIGH EFFICIENCY BOILER AND INDIRECT WATER HEATER. THE EXISTING OIL TANK WILL BE REMOVED AND PROPANE TANKS WITH GAS LINE WILL BE PROVIDED. A PERMIT WILL BE PULLED FOR THAT SEPERATE IF NOT DONE ALREADY. Your application for a Building Permit has been reviewed for compliance with the 2022 State of Connecticut Building Code. The permit for the proposed work is approved.
