Windows and Doors

We are installing 15 replacement nail fin installation windows through the house, tempered glass in the baths, U-Factor .18 or better. In the basement we are installing 4 insert windows. The front entry will be new from Thermatru. Your application for a Building Permit has been reviewed for compliance with the 2022 State of Connecticut Building Code. The permit for the proposed work is approved. All work is subjected to field inspections. Comments below are to be reviewed and followed. 1. U-factor shall meet code. Tempered where required.
