****DAVE IS ASSIGNED TO THIS **** 10/16/2026: Emergency review requested, home has no heat Remove the existing oil boiler, water heater and oil tank and cart them away. Install a new Burnham AltaC LP gas boiler in its place. The new boiler will be mounted on the wall and will be vented with PVC through the side of the house. This boiler will provide heating and domestic hot water. A new expansion tank, high efficient circulator pump, autofeed with back flow preventer and air scoop will be installed. A new gas line will be installed from the second stage propane regulator to the boiler with an additional tee installed for future gas appliances. Price includes all material, labor, electrical and permit. CA fee included
