we are redoing the roof over the screened sunroom because there is rotted plywood and damaged shingles and there is water infiltrating our sunroom from the roof. We have been having water leaks after rain. Your application for a Building Permit has been reviewed for compliance with the 2022 State of Connecticut Building Code. The permit for the proposed work is approved. All work is subjected to field inspections. Comments below are to be reviewed and followed. 1. Progress pictures are to be submitted to permit portal before final inspection.
