Demo Existing deck and stairs. Save existing roof. Replace columns and railings. replace flooring with T & G flooring, Replace railings. Dig (2) new 10" sona tubes 42" deep to be filled with concrete and back filled. Frame porch under existing roof under the same foot print. Install all needed fasteners, hangers, per code. Install Install wood tongue and groove flooring on newly framed porch. Install (2) new tapered columns with cap and base Install new wood treads on newly framed stairs. Install wood benches on both sides. Install wood railings on porch. Install wood railings on stairs using existing posts if possible. Install wood trim and wood lattice under porch.
