Re-model first floor 1/2 bath, remove closet and construct a 32" x 54" shower stall, new floor and wall tile, new fixtures including sink and toilet and install one 24" x 25" window as per drawing submitted. Special Conditions: Window must be tempered glass and meet 2025 Energy Code requirements. Insulation must meet 2025 energy code & bathroom fan must meet CFM requirements from 2025 energy code. Must schedule framing, insulation, plumbing and final inspection. Original electrical underwriter certificate must be submitted prior to issuance of CO. Contractor: Arthur Luecker
