Re-model first floor 1/2 bath, remove closet and construct a 32" x 54" shower stall, new floor and wall tile, new fixtures including sink and toilet and install one 24" x 25" window as per drawing submitted. Special Conditions: Window must be tempered glass and meet 2025 Energy Code requirements. Insulation must meet 2025 energy code & bathroom fan must meet CFM requirements from 2025 energy code.
