Elevator Installation

Installation of (1) New Elevator as per Submitted Plans and Documents. *Elevator inspection to be done by a QEI. *May require separate permit from electrician. *Alarm activation must recall elevator to first floor. *Elevator key must be submitted to fire department for Knox box. *Emergency recall to be tested by fire inspector before certificate of compliance is issued. *Fire inspection to be done before certificate of compliance is issued. *Must adhere to all fire safety egress regulations referenced in the 2020 Building and Fire Codes.
