Roofing

Remove and replace approximately 1,561 square feet (15.61 squares) of asphalt shingle roofing. Install new underlayment, ice and water protection where required, drip edge, starter shingles, architectural asphalt shingles, and ridge caps. Remove and reinstall one pipe flashing. Temporarily detach and reset 26 existing solar panels and mounting hardware to perform roofing work. Remove and replace approximately 694.39 square feet of vinyl siding on the right elevation, including new house wrap. Detach and reset approximately 24 square feet of siding on the front elevation. Temporarily detach and reinstall affected exterior fixtures, utility components, and gutter/downspout sections as necessary to complete siding installation. Includes inspection of exposed roof decking and wall sheathing, debris disposal, and site cleanup. All work will comply with applicable building codes and manufacturer installation requirements. CA
