My name is Courtney Gollnisch, and I am representing Monster Truck Wars for our upcoming live monster truck event at the North Haven Fairgrounds. As part of the event setup, we were guided by Chief David Obier to request a permit for the two temporary tents that we rented from A to Z Rentals, a local tent rental company. One tent is a 20-foot by 20-foot structure with sidewalls and will be used for merchandise sales and display during the event. The second tent is a 20-foot by 40-foot structure with sidewalls and will be used for food and concession operations. Both tents will be properly installed and secured by the rental company in accordance with applicable safety requirements and site conditions. We have received a Certificate of Flame Resistance for each tent. We respectfully submit this request for review and approval of the permit needed for the rented tents .
