Siding

Remove and dispose of approximately 23 squares of existing siding. Inspect the exposed wall sheathing and replace damaged sections only if necessary. Install house wrap, 3/8-inch fanfold insulation, Royal Portsmouth siding, starter strips, J-channel, and corner posts. Wrap exterior window trim with white aluminum. Replace the existing soffit and wrap fascia and rake boards with aluminum. Existing gutters and downspouts will remain in place. Remove construction debris and clean the work area. CA
