Remove and dispose of all roofing down to the structural decking. Inspect existing decking for any damaged or deterioration and replace if necessary. Install wood blocking along applicable perimeters to meet new insulation thickness. Mechanically fasten one layer of 2 inch poyiso insulation over the prepared substrate. Install a layer of 60mil EPDM membrane over entire roof area. All seams, laps and transitions will be mechanically fastened. Install membrane up and over all applicable perimeter walls using low VOC bonding adhesives. Install new flashings and terminations. Install new pitch pans. Install new membrane, flashings and sealants at all existing roof drains.
