Repair/installation of roof due to wind damage located at 577 Quinnipiac Ave, New Haven, CT 06513. Work scope consists of tear off, haul, and removal of about 23.49 SQ of laminated composition shingles and one more layer, replacement/installation of laminated composition shingles, 1/2' CDX plywood sheathing where necessary, ice & water barrier, 30 lb roofing felt, universal starter strip, valley metal, pipe jack flashing, step flashing, L-flashing, hip/ridge cap, continuous ridge vent, skylight flash kits, chimney flash, drip edge, and gutter/downspout repair/reset work. Work scope also consists of tear-off and replacement of about 3.86 square feet of modified bitumen roofing. CA
