Work scope consists of tear off, haul, and removal of about 23.49 SQ of laminated composition shingles and one more layer, replacement/installation of laminated composition shingles, 1/2' CDX plywood sheathing where necessary, ice & water barrier, 30 lb roofing felt, universal starter strip, valley metal, pipe jack flashing, step flashing, L-flashing, hip/ridge cap, continuous ridge vent, skylight flash kits, chimney flash, drip edge, and gutter/downspout repair/reset work. Work scope also consists of tear-off and replacement of about 3.86 square feet of modified bitumen roofing. CA
