Remove existing furnace and AC coil and relocate to back of building Redo all PVC venting to rear wall Extend all feeding trunk line to new position of furnace Install new return ductwork system in rear of bld Install new refrigeration line-set Remove existing condenser on roof and put on ground outside of rear of building Install new fresh air ductwork from rear left side of building to return ductwork on existing furnace that we are moving Install one new transfer grill in middle of store through wall to connect front and back spaces (1) Rheem, 95%, 100K BTU Gas Fired Furnace Mod: R951T1005A21M4SNAS (1) Rheem, 3.5-ton, R454B Condenser Mod: RA13NY42AJ1NA (1) Rheem, 3.5-ton, R454B Coil Mod: RCFY4821STANMC (1) New Refrigeration line set connected into the existing line set coming through roof so disconnect existing line set from downstairs unit and cap in ceiling we will not be touching the roof at all for either connection We will be first removing old furnace and AC system. We will then install new system complete with the following: New ductwork system attached into old Install condenser unit on roof Install furnace in new space Install new return ductwork Install new 2 zone system with thermostats Install and extend feed into office space as well as backroom (reuse what we can) Vent furnace into existing pvc system in ceiling that is there now Install thermostat and startup We will be taking an existing gas line in the vicinity of new furnace location and re hooking it into new furnace as well
