Disconnect and remove three existing cooling VAV boxes not required Remove Return Air Sound Attenuator in conflict with demised wall Disconnect, cap, and removed existing supply air duct not required or wrong size Convert two existing cooling only pneumatic controlled VAV boxes to Delta Controls Install new cooling only VAV box with Delta Controls Two exhaust fans for the locker/bathrooms. One fan is connected to a new louver mounted on the West wall (rear parking lot), the other fan will tie into the existing exhaust riser. New ceiling supply, return, and exhaust grills New supply and exhaust duct as required by our design Leave ductwork uninsulated (open ceiling grid). Duct painting by others.
