REPAIR/REPLACE

This is to correct a failed permit, and has been discussed with the Kingston DoB. We will be working on an exterior stairway in the back of the house. We will Extend the existing right-side stair railing approximately 16 inches to the bottom stair, tying into the existing railing to create a continuous railing system. New components will match the existing railing profile and finish. Add ada graspable rail to hand rail. These two alterations/repairs are indicated on the drawing, in the middle as numbers 1 and 2, with additional notes on the side. Thank you.
