ROOFING

Remove existing roofing down to the decking. Replace any damaged sheathing if needed. Remove existing metal chimney pipe and louvers. Install new drip edge, ice and water shield 6' up on all eaves/valleys/penetrations/critical areas, synthetic underlayment on the remainder of the roof, flashings, open ridge and install venting, starter/cap/hip/ridge shingles and OC Duration shingles (COLOR WILLIAMSBURG GRAY).
