Building - Residential - Roofing

Remove the one layer of old roofing material from the building and dispose of via dumpster. Install two courses of grace Vico select ice and water shield to all heated sections of the building. Above the ice and water, shield, tape, all plywood joints, and cover with roofing underlayment. Install Tamco Titan architectural shingles. Replace existing ridge vent system with shingle vent two or similar type product and cap with matching shingles.
