Residential - Addition

****JIM IS ASSIGNED TO THIS**** Contractor taking over the work for permit B26-86857 An Addition of approx. 23X14 will be added on consisting of a bath and a bedroom. The project will also have a new kitchen with plumbing to remain in place. A 2X4 framed load bearing wall will be replaced with a W8x24 and 3 - inch square stock for columns. The columns will be placed on a w18x24 directly below. Replacement windows and a front door with no changes to the existing openings. Trim, floors and paint to complete the renovation. Addition to back of house of new bedroom, bathroom, living area, and remodel of kitchen and bathroom along with adding a laundry room upstairs
