Building - Residential - Deck

Deck Description Existing back deck to be removed and rebuilt in its entirety. All framing to be exterior rated pressure treated wood, remove and replace all deck wrapping fascia boards, existing rail system to be removed and replaced with composite railing. Install doors, rafters and new asphalt shingle roof in accordance to manufacturers standards and Connecticut state code. Deck will be rebuilt using existing footprint. Lower section will have additional framing for a new sunroom/screen porch. This will be framed in accordance with engineered drawings and built in strict accordance to all state and town building codes.
