Install lifetime Architectural Shingles. Duration Color: Peppercorn Install Ridge Cap Shingles in all ridges and hips same color as shingle choice. Install new seamless never leak vent boots around vent pipe. Number: 2 Current Ventilation on the house : Gable vents/Soffit . Ventilation is not properly working and will be modified. A1 will close off gable vents and install ridge vent there is already soffit ventliation A1 will cover gable vents with plywood A1 will cut out the ridge and install ridge vent and ridge cap
