Interior Demolition / Tearout

Interior and exterior removals only in preparation for future work to be done on a separate permit as per plans submitted. Work to include: Interior removal of non-historic elements. Removal of any residual flooring down to subfloor, remove (pull or pound) all associated fasteners/nails to prep for new finishes. De-nail and clean as needed all interior framing members to accept new finishes. Remove any residual electrical, plumbing lines. Basement excavation.
