We will saw cut 1x15’ in front of garage from one end to the downspout near step up hauling away the spoils. We will install a plastic Troph drain that tyes into the downspout. We will bed in stone and re concrete we’re not responsible for matching concrete. We will remove pad in front of door and re concrete this pad a little higher and pitch away from the building. We’ will not match concrete for this pad.
