Building - Roof Strip Re-Roof

Tear off existing shingles and underlayment down to deck. Replace damaged plywood sheathing as needed. Install new architectural shingles over synthetic underlayment, ice and water barrier per building code, and starter. Replace drip edge, chimney flashing, and a pipe jack flashing. Install matching hip and ridge caps. Clean up and haul debris.
