• Demolition and removal of existing wiring in the living room, hallway, bathroom, and three bedrooms, and install new wiring throughout these areas in full compliance with current electrical code requirements. • Provide new wiring for two 6 foot and one 8 foot electric baseboard heaters, along with three wall mounted line voltage thermostats serving the three bedrooms and install all new heaters and thermostats. • The two front bedrooms and living room have no ceiling lights. They have one half of a plug controlled by a receptacle and will be rewired as such. • The kitchen will be brought up to current electrical code by adding a required countertop receptacle and installing dedicated circuits for the refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, and electric range. • The dryer receptacle in the garage will be changed to a GFCI plug. • All garage receptacles will be rewired and replaced with GFCI plugs. • The furnace receptacle will also be replaced with a GFCI plug. • The existing panel does not have sufficient capacity to accommodate the additional required circuits; therefore, a new sub panel will need to be installed.
