This quote includes all permits and fee, it does not include any final landscape, grass, grading, or concrete repair. An area of the driveway 3’ wide by 5’ long will be saw cut surrounding the house trap. The concrete will be broken up, hauled away, and disposed of. A trench approximately 7’ deep will then be excavated to expose the sewer line, and all removed debris will be hauled away. The exposed piping will then be removed. A camera inspection will be performed to determine the condition of the remaining line in both directions. If the line needs to be cleaned further, see estimate to hydro jet. If further excavation and repair is recommended or required, additional cost will be quoted. Otherwise, a new pvc house trap, vent riser, and section of sewer line will be installed.
