Interior Demolition / Tearout

Interior demolition at an existing two-story single-family dwelling. Scope is non-structural and limited to the building interior. Work to be performed after completion of asbestos abatement and mold remediation by separately licensed contractors under separate permits. Asbestos survey completed 8/31/26 by UNYSE Environmental Consultants (Project 26-0831DJA); ACM identified as friable duct wrap (chrysotile, approx. 200 lf) within wall cavities, to be abated under 12 NYCRR Part 56 prior to commencement of this scope. Areas affected: downstairs bathroom, kitchen and pantry, fireplace room, front room, entryway, stairwell, upstairs bathroom, landing, and four bedrooms with closets. Temporary stairs to be constructed at stairwell for construction access and removed at completion. No change to building footprint, use, occupancy, or means of egress.
