Construction Permit Application - Alteration/Renovation

Alteration of existing basement plumbing system, including removal and replacement of underground cast-iron sanitary drainage piping with new PVC piping, removal and replacement of existing house trap, installation of a 4-inch backwater valve, new bathroom plumbing rough-in for toilet and lavatory, bar sink plumbing rough-in, relocation of laundry plumbing connections, installation of an emergency floor drain, and reconnection to the existing sanitary drainage system. All plumbing work to be performed by a New Jersey Licensed Master Plumber in accordance with applicable plumbing codes and required inspections.
