MUA - Water Service/Tapping Application

These documents are being submitted for water approval by the JCMUA. The existing Site is occupied by a commercial facility and associated parking and loading area. The commercial facility and parking and loading area will be demolished; however, a portion of the façade and existing structure along Erie Street and 14th Street will remain. When developed, the Site will consist of a 16-story, mixed-use (residential, hotel, retail and coffee shop) structure with structured parking.
